Marcus graduated from the UNM School of Law in 2018 where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
Marcus has experience in a wide variety of practice areas including, Divorce, Custody,
Bankruptcy, Insurance Defense, and as a Public Defender. Marcus is admitted to practice in
New Mexico as well as the U.S. District Court of New Mexico and U.S. Bankruptcy Court of New
Mexico.
Marcus is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served from 2006-2010 as an
Aviation Ordinance Technician with deployments to Iraq (2008) and Japan (2009-2010). Upon
his discharge, Marcus returned to his hometown of Albuquerque where he earned a Bachelor’s
Degree in Economics Magna Cum Laude in 2014. Marcus has been recognized as Best Lawyers
in America: Ones to Watch, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency in 2020
During his free time, Marcus likes to spend time outdoors with friends and family as well as
with his adopted cat, Vincent.
