Jacob D. Vallejos—known as Jake—is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enchantment Legal, LLC, where he leads the firm’s vision, strategy, and growth. Since establishing the firm in 2018, Jake has been dedicated to providing families and individuals with the individualized, high-quality legal representation they deserve.

Education & Early Career

Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of New Mexico and is a 2014 graduate of the UNM School of Law. While in law school, he was selected as a teaching fellow with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, teaching constitutional law to high school students. Upon graduation, Jake was honored with the Pursuit of Excellence Award, recognizing his academic achievements and commitment to the legal field.

Jake began his legal career as both a law clerk and associate attorney at an Albuquerque-based criminal defense and civil litigation firm. There, he gained extensive experience in criminal defense, domestic relations, and plaintiff’s civil litigation, building the strong foundation that would later inform his own practice.

As CEO, he continues to shape the firm’s strategic direction while ensuring that attorneys and staff are supported in providing the best possible advocacy for clients.
