Nicole Vallejos serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Enchantment Legal, where she oversees the firm’s business operations and strategic initiatives. In this role, she ensures that the firm’s infrastructure, processes, and resources are aligned to support the efficient delivery of high-quality legal services.

Nicole brings a multidisciplinary background in corporate consulting, operations management, and highly regulated professional environments. Her experience includes advising organizations on operational strategy, compliance, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination. She has worked closely with executive leadership to develop systems and workflows that balance organizational efficiency with client-focused outcomes. 

Earlier in her career, Nicole practiced as a clinical pharmacist for six years, where she managed teams, coordinated complex systems, and implemented process improvements to drive measurable results. This experience reinforces her disciplined, analytical approach to operations management and her commitment to accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.

A proud New Mexico native, Nicole earned her Doctor of Pharmacy, along with degrees in Biology and Pharmaceutical Sciences, from the University of New Mexico. Her deep ties to the community, combined with her broad professional experience, allow her to bring both local insight and strategic perspective to her leadership role at Enchantment Legal.
